According to televangelist and ex-convict Jim Bakker, Rick Joyner of Morningstar Ministries and The Oak Initiative is "a solid man of God with a prophetic voice you can count on."

Joyner has told Bakker's "Morningside" audience that "it's time to store food and water" and will be appearing on the show again in September to warn listeners that "we are in the worst jeopardy of our nation's history" because "When a nation keeps taking stands against God and against Israel – it’s dangerous! Our nation is in increasing jeopardy because of the way we treat Israel – and the way we treat the Lord is even worse!"

In February this year, Joyner proclaimed that the West Coast will suffer a horrendous earthquake that will bring ruin, mostly because of America's policies with Israel.

    Does Mr. Joyner know which fault for the earthquake? That would be helpful. X-convict Jim Bakker is "a solid man of God with a prophetic voice you can count on." Yep. I'm packing as we speak.

    This is just another attempt to sell emergency items for the profit of false prophets and evangelists. Bakker is a known fraud. Nothing has changed in the last 30 years with him. Instead of over-booking hotels, he frightens people into buying emergency items.

    I do not know if either televangelist has heard from God on this issue HOWEVER it is likely at the current rate of celebration of sin that God will someday judge America. That is simply solid Bible reading. How soon? I wish God would speak to someone about this because it is sure it is coming someday….how soon I do not know. Hey God where is your prophet?
