Genie Scott, of the National Center for Science Education (NCSE), spoke at the 2012 Global Atheist Convention in Melbourne Australia.
Her topic concerned Creationism and Intelligent Design, as well as how they are wrong about Evolution. She shows some of their agenda, especially with their attempts to get ID and Creationism into the schools, as well as how they misuse and misunderstand reason.
She concludes by saying their agenda is not a scientific one, but rather a political one. She suggests we fight them on the political level and at scientific events rather than on the backs of high school students.
Her thirty-minute informative lecture is packed with information and ends with Q & A time at the end.
