Does mass consciousness effect change? 3:33 Event organizers hope to see world peace.

On June 21, meditation groups and individuals worldwide will be meditating for world peace.

The 3:33 Event is sponsored by the I.D.E.A. Foundation for the Benefit of Humanity, which believes that quantum physics support the idea that  focused thought and meditation creates corresponding behavioral changes — or mass consciousness — in society.

According to a press release issued by the Bridge to Peace Project, the goal is to align humanity "with the Divine Plan and create a New Earth – Love, by changing the way we think."  The 3:33 Event is a global meditation using sound, color, and the imagery of the Tree of Life in order to transform the world.  Participants include Dr. Carol Sue Rosin's Peace in Space Treaty.

Representing the Bridge to Peace Project, Suzzan Babcock, a director of I.D.E.A., explains why she believes the 3:33 Event will usher in the first day of the New Earth – Love. "Most of us as children were taught to pray in various ways to bring heaven to the Earth. The ironical thing is we have always had the power within us, we just needed to change the way we thought about our role: the original meaning for the word 'repent.' We believe applying the discovery of Dr. Carl Calleman in his paradigm-busting Purposeful Universe in a focused global meditation makes that prayer a reality."

Dr. Calleman, who lives in Sweden, studied toxicology at the University of Stockholm. He has had no professional training in archaeology or the study of the ancient Maya. He is quite popular with New Agers and says that the end of the Mayan calendar is not an apocalyptic event, but a time when consciousness will shift.

People interested in the 3:33 Event can sign up and access the "Tree of Life" meditation images at Bridge to Peace.
