Deadly bomb attacks on three more churches Nigeria unleashed a wave of reprisals against Muslims.
At least 19 people were killed Sunday when suicide bombers targeted three churches in the north, but it is suspected that the number may be higher. Many more were wounded.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the bombings, but as Reuters points out (see news video below), the Islamist Boko Haram group has claimed responsibility for previous attacks.
Witnesses say that in the immediate aftermath, Muslims were dragged from cars and killed by Christian youths. It is unknown how many were killed in retaliatory violence.
