THE END OF THE WORLD? Whether it’s “the Torah Code,” the Bible’s “true” witness who says if you don’t believe him, you’ll die of cancer, or proponents of the so-called Mayan Calendar Prophecy, it seems like apocalyptic messages are the theme of the year.
Internationally-acclaimed musician ThunderBeat is tired of the doom and gloom, and will give God Discussion’s audience a preview of her upcoming lecture on March 23 in Sedona, Arizona. In fact, she has studied this issue directly with Mayan priests and has a lot to say about it.
She has been traveling since the early 1990’s to the Mayan lands speaking with many Mayan Shamans, has worked with John Major Jenkins and has conducted master ceremonies in the pyramids. She has received knowledge that is not in any books.
ThunderBeat will be speaking about the Mayan Prophecy and the December 21, 2012 date, the Shifts, time speeding up and the Spanish/Mayan holocaust. She will share her magical experiences at the Mayan temples and her past life as a Mayan High Priestess.
Her CD, MAYAN LANDING 2012, was honored with the Native American Music Award for Best World and New Age Recording.
ThunderBeat is a Native American of Choctaw and Shawnee heritage. She has studied at the prestigious Eastman School of Music and recorded a number of CD’s for ThunderVision Records. Her healing mystical drumming is enjoyed worldwide. She has performed with Mayan Shaman Jose Arguelles (The Mayan Factor) and has been nominated for five Native American Music Awards. ThunderBeat is greatly known for her drumming but is also a multi –award winning composer, sound healer, author and teacher.
As a healer and psychic, ThunderBeat has worked on a number of major criminal cases.

SNAP – the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests – is fighting for its financial life in order to deal with what has been called an assault on private communications. According to SNAP, Catholic officials in two Missouri dioceses are trying to force key SNAP staff people to not only answer hours of questions under oath about conversations with abuse victims, but to turn over thousands of pages of confidential communications with victims, witnesses, whistle blowers, police, prosecutors, journalists and concerned parishioners. It's an unprecedented assault on the victims, who fear that their personal and private communications will be turned over to the church. SNAP’s Midwest Associate Director, Judy Jones, joins to show to give us an update.
Please join us this Thursday night. As always, our web-based chat room will be open (you'll need to register first in order to 'talk' in there) and calls are always welcome. The show will air live over the Internet and archives are available via BlogTalkRadio and iTunes (see the BlogTalk Radio widget on the bottom of this and every other page on GodDiscussion.com for easy access).
