Woodstock: The Concert that Shaped a Generation

Calling it a spiritual and magical event, attendees of the 1969 Woodstock concert say that the gathering shaped their lives.   One man, for example, had planned on becoming a Catholic priest but fell in love at the concert.   He gave up the priesthood because he could not live a lie.

It was forty years ago that a disparate collection of drifters and lovers, students and seekers came together to create something new.   The video below (which will load in a few seconds) reflects on Woodstock and its impact.
