DC Judge: Video to be Allowed in Jacks Case

The video of a police interrogation of a D.C. mother accused of murdering her children will be introduced into evidence.

In the video, Jacks says that her four daughters were possessed by demons and died in their sleep. The prosecution said she murdered them.

Jacks had pretended the house was unoccupied after the children were murdered because the mother denied them food, clothing or comfort. Their corpses rotted upstairs for months until Jacks was evicted.

The judge said that Jacks showed no signs of mental insanity. Jacks' 8-hour video interrogation will be introduced into evidence.

This is not a jury trial. It will be a trial by judge that is expected to take about two weeks.

(The video will load in a few seconds.)
