More on Republicans and the Bible …
South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford, known for his "family values" and moralistic stances and who disappeared while he was having an extramarital affair, recently compared himself with King David of the Bible and quotes scripture in justifying his case.
Here's one of his political campaign ads.
Oklahoma's "Proclamation for Morality" issued by Sally Kern is still making the news. The Young Turks comment on the story.
