Former Ft. Hood Army Psychiatrist Hasan May Face Death Penalty

The Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly Fort Hood rampage will be tried in a military court and possibly face the death penalty. 13 people were killed and another 30 were wounded.

Maj.  is charged in the November 2009 shooting spree at the Texas Army post.  He allegedly shouted in Arabic, "God is great," before gunning down the victims.
