The Bible Code
The Bible Code claims that hidden in the first five books of the Bible in its original Hebrew text are hidden messages in code that made predictions thousands of years ago about current events, such as the assassination of JFK, the rise of Hitler and the end of the world. The Bible Code is a form of numerology that serves as a supreme example of pattern-seeking (and finding) behavior of which we are so skilled.
Debunkers have found that similar messages can be found in the phone book. It's all a matter of numbers and probability.

Here in the States, a growing number of people are no longer affiliated with any religion. Yet, there are some Christian groups who continue to insist on blurring the lines of separation between church and state. For the non-churchgoers and freethinkers worldwide, this site features news, reviews and editorials on just about anything regarding religion. Very interesting blog!
I think I saw this on the Discovery Channel once. Numerology and the Bible is interesting, but I doubt its real. God's message to us is found plainly in the words themselves.
