Church Leader Indicted on 20 Felony Counts

A Colorado Springs reverend turned himself in to police after a grand jury indicted him on twenty felony counts of theft. Former Episcopalian Father Donald Armstrong is accused of having stolen approximately $400,000 over a 15-year period. He turned himself in last Thursday and is currently out on bond.

The reverend had already been tried by the Episcopal church and defrocked. In 2007, he went on to pastor another Colorado Springs church.
