LDS Church Finishes Its 130th Temple

LDS Church offers the public a look inside its latest temple, the Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple. The open house will run for two months, from June 1st to August 1st. Visitors are encouraged to get reservations, as 800,000 people are expected to tour the facility.

The Oquirrh Mountain Temple is the second temple in South Jordan, Utah. South Jordan is the only city in the world that has two Mormon temples.

On clear days, the Salt Lake City temple can be viewed from Oquirrh Mountain.
