Jesus recognizes that the truth divides, according to Bryan Fischer of the American Family Association, and the division is because of people who resist the truth.

Fischer says that the pro-family groups will "defend marriage to the last ditch" unwaveringly. He said that the "battle is not over by a long shot and will not be over before they pry the word of God from our cold, dead fingers." He warned the "pro deviancy cabal, get used to it, we are not going anywhere."
