"God has given every true believer a mandate," preaches Harold Camping of Family Radio. "I have made you a watchman and every true believer is a watchman … and if you do not warn the people, you are guilty of their deaths."
With marching orders in hand, the young and old alike who believe Camping's apocalyptic message are passing out fliers, erecting billboards and even writing to President Obama, warning that Judgment Day is upon humanity. In a video put out by Family Radio, smiling young people wear t-shirts proclaiming that Jesus is coming back on May 21, 2011. Signs in various languages are shown all over the world. Photos of homes with judgment day signs in their front yards are displayed.
In a voice over on the video, a man warns,
We are living at the very end of time and we are that last generation. People don't want to admit that. People try to suppress that information or ignore that information but the fact remains that every time god has brought judgment on the earth, he has always warned the believers.
Another voice over explains that people are still going about their business, knowing that May 21, 2011, is the end of the world because "the world is in darkness." He proclaims that "If God opens your eyes, … You'll see that we are at the very edge of the end of the world."

"We are commanded, we have to talk about this it is not an option. We have to say it again and again. May 21 is the judgment, the day of the beginning of judgment." According to Camping, who has had failed doomsday prophesies in the past, "It is the most important day by a billion times than any other day that this world has ever ever known."
