Do what I say, not what I do, may be the norm when it comes to conservative religious values and pornography.
New Scientist reports that a recent study shows that the states that consume the most porn tend to be more conservative and religious than states with lower levels of consumption. According to the article, Utah was the biggest consumer of online pornography. New Scientist also reports that "Residents of 27 states that passed laws banning gay marriages boasted 11% more porn subscribers than states that don't explicitly restrict gay marriage."
