A Haitian judge made no decision Monday about whether the ten Idaho missionaries accused of kidnapping 33 children will be released or prosecuted. The group's leader says that she has faith in God that they will be cleared.

Prosecutors are scheduled to make their final arguments today. The judge is set to decide on Thursday on whether to pursue a case against the American missionaries.
