90 Lashes and Jail Time for a Cell Phone

A 13-year-old Saudi girl has been handed a punishment of 90 lashes and a two month jail sentence because she brought a cell phone to school. Girls are not allowed to have cell phones and the young girl's punishment was worse than that given to a male thief.

CNN's Jack Cafferty describes the inhumane punishments in Saudi Arabia, a United States ally because of oil, that stem from Shiite law.
