A former Salinas, California, New Life Church youth counselor accused of child molestation was in court on Friday. 20-year-old Erick Mendoza faces nine counts of sexual molestation. Police say that Mendoza admitted to having sex with an 11-year-old girl. Bail was set at $1 million.
