What is hell like, and how does one avoid an eternity of torment? Bill Wiese shares his unforgettable experience during which God allowed him to see and feel the agony people endure in hell.
Wiese's visit to the devil's lair lasted just twenty-three minutes, but he returned from this with vivid details etched in his memory. He records an accurate account of his experience in this book, presenting more than three hundred scriptures that verify the horrors he endured and observed.
5 Stars Insightful
I was a little skeptical about buying this book at first but I am glad I did. My husband and I have been reading it together. It has a small section with notes after every chapter where it gives you the verse in the bibile that relates to what he experienced so that you can go into the bible and check it out for yourself.
5 Stars A Must Read for Believers AND Non-Believers
I approached this book with the open mind of a skeptic. I have been a Christian for many years and this is the first time I have heard Hell described so thoroughly. I, personally, have no doubts that the author truly experienced Hell but that is not the stated purpose of the book. I have read the Bible and what it has to say about Hell but I have always felt that this along with church teachings fell short in bringing the understanding that I needed. I do believe that God allows everyday people to experience extraordinary things in order to drive home the reality of the afterlife and our free will here on Earth and to make it personal for us in this modern age. This is such a book. I believe it to be the Divine work of our Lord.
3 Stars HELL is Real
Interesting book.I like to progress through the story without references
until the end. The Author may or may not have visited this place, but for
those who are not Christian and who read the book out of curiosity,it may
be a little hard to swallow.
This is not to say that it does not hold interest..only that it doent answer ALL questions.
5 Stars 23 minutes in hell
Twenty three minutes! Exactly! What brand of watch did this guy have? I want one.
4 Stars I recommend this….not for the weary and weak
This book is a wake up call for believers who profess with their mouth, but live lives that don't follow the laws of God. Our eternal life is serious business and although God is love and continues to give us second chances, there comes a time for everyone when it will be too late. I believe the author to be true. I believe he was able to see this so you can come back to God and stay out of this place. I say read it, and as you do, remember that God doesnt give you a spirt of fear-but of power, love and a sound mind…that will help you get through the book.
He obviously was taken by his spirt, something that most of us can't understand yet. In fact, for those who have experienced it, its even difficult to explain.
I found the book to be interesting, I couldnt put it down and read it in a day. I passed it on to others and they in turn have purchased more for their friends and family to read. I hope that tell you how much impact I believe it can have.
