Get Out of That Pit Straight Talk about Gods Deliverance

Beth Moore wants readers to know if God could lift her out of the pit, He can get ANYONE out! She admits she wasn't just a visitor; this former pit-dweller had to be delivered from acres of life-accumulated dirt, bone-chilling darkness, spirit-deadening anger, heart-breaking desperation and mind-numbing confusion. The permanent lessons she learned in her desperation-shared in this very personal book-are lessons of hope for all of us. While she deeply empathizes with the hows and whys of life in the "pit," she continually points readers to the deliverance that awaits. Deliverance is for everyone, she proclaims-no matter how you got stuck, no matter how long you've been down, whether you think you deserve it or not. And in her straight-talking but loving style, she reminds readers that deliverance can begin for them this very day.
5 Stars Thought-provoking & much needed!
I'm not done reading this yet but the chapters I have completed already have me in a place of deep thought, self-revelation and self-exploration and I have even shared some of the pages with others that can related to what Beth has written.
To God be the glory for the work He is doing in her and in her ministry, Living Proof. God is truly using Beth to share His word, His wisdom, and His love to all that reach out to Him.
This is a MUST READ for anyone who is wondering why they are stuck in a situation and can't figure out why they can't get past it.

MS Moore never disappoints…
Beth Moore does more than allow readers a peek in her life. She throws the doors open and invites them in. Moore admits to living in "the pit," and she shares her testimony. The Lord lifted her out of the pit. Psalm 40 clearly states Moore's mantra:
"I waited patiently for the Lord
He turned to me and heard my cry
He lifted me out of the slimy pit
He set my feet on a rock
He put a new song in my mouth."
The message of Get Out Of That Pit is one that will touch many. "I believe the Bible proposes three steps out of the pit and each involves your mouth: cry out, confess, and consent." I admire Beth Moore. She has a gift from God, and she uses it to minister to the masses by sharing the gospel message. Ms. Moore and I agree we have an awesome God. This is a must-read book for everyone.
5 Stars Get Out of the Pit
Get out of the Pit, by Beth Moore is one of the best books I have ever read. I am depressed and have anxiety, and this lifted me out of the pit of these horrible diseases. I am using this book as a study guide for a depression support group. It hasn't started yet, but I will post the results online once we go through it. The book made me feel that I could get out of any pit I either got thrown in, put myself in and any other way of getting into the pit. It brought out the light and brought me out of the mirk and mere of a pit dweller. I no longer am in a pit, and I would hope that everyone who reads this that feels they are in a pit, would be able, with God's help, to get out of that pit.
