In the wake of the killings at Fort Hood, Christian broadcaster Pat Robertson claimed that Islam is a violent political system bent on taking over the world and not a religion. Robertson claimed that,
… I think we should treat it as such [re: political system] and treat its adherents as such as we would members of the Communist Party or members of some fascist group. Well, it's a tragedy. Our hearts go out to the families who suffered. But those in the Army should be held on account for the fact they let this man loose.
Cenk at The Young Turks asks why Robertson gets to decide who is American and who is not, and says that the cult of Christianity has historically been the most violent religion on the face of the earth. He argues that Robertson's Christianity should be put to the same test that Robertson places on Islam.
