Polygamy News: Schlafly Claims Obama Supports Polygamy; Texas FLDS Case Moving Forward

Phyllis Schlafly is accusing President Obama of supporting polygamy because of his nominee for commissioner of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

A trial expected to last for two weeks has started in El Dorado, Texas, involving the Fundamentalist LDS church.   Raymond Merrill Jessop is charged with sexual assault on a minor, allegedly one of Jessop's wives.   Prosecutors say that the marriage was not legal in Texas.

Harry Smith of CBS News spoke with former polygamist Flora Jessop about life in the religious sect.
