This chapter has some more recipes for God's slaughterhouse. It does, however, begin with some good advice about how to treat your neighbors and others. For example, you don't steal or, if you find something that belongs to someone else, you don't lie about not seeing it and then keep it.
The sacrifices and offerings call for unleavened bread and various mixtures of oils. The priests get to eat holy meat.
God commands that the fire at the sacrifice alter must burn perpetually.
