Ghosts Among Us: Uncovering the Truth About the Other Side by James Van Praagh is a book about what happens to people after they die. The book discusses the many reasons according to the author, why people sometimes hang around Earth after they die. Some of the reasons the author gives are, they have unfinished business to complete, they do not realize they are dead, they are in denial about their death, or they simply fear crossing over and finding themselves in Hell. The author also describes the many dimensions of the universe as he knows it.

I absolutely loved this book! It was wonderful cover to cover. I have actually purchased extras to give to friends. I thought it was very uplifting and gave me a new way to look at the possibility of ghosts. In reading this book, I enjoyed his writing so much I purchased several more of his books.

4 Stars A thoughtful read on the spirit world
I really liked this book! I have allways been a fan of the spirit world, and as a young man felt a presence a few times growing up in Chicago in old apt buildings.

Even if you ONLY get out of the stories in this book the fact that our departed loved ones still guide us to do right….AND that the power of LOVE is the best there is, well….we will have a better planet!

This book is amazing! Death definitely does not hold the same fears for me as it did before.

You may be surprised how quick this book reads. It is interesting from start to finish.I would buy more JVP books if they were as good as this one.
