God gives Moses the names of the craftsmen who are to construct the alter, furniture and other items commanded in the previous chapters. God then gives another Sabbath-keeping warning: People who do not keep the Sabbath are to be killed. The chapter then concludes with God giving Moses "two tablets of testimony, two tables of stone, with his finger on mount Sinai."

Discussion Points.
Mt. Sinai and Mt. Horeb are used interchangeably, so there are also references in the Old Testament to Moses receiving the tablets at Mt. Horeb.
Keeping the Sabbath is a HUGE DEAL in the Old Testament. Failure to do so carries a death penalty. A Rabbi explains the Sabbatical death penalty, saying that it only applies to Israel, not Americans and others. He goes on to explain that since there are no temple or judges existing today, people cannot go around killing others for not keeping the Sabbath, and that these laws cannot be fulfilled until Yahweh is ruling for 1,000 years.
