Detailed instructions from God continue in this chapter, focusing on the tabernacle building that would house the Ark of the Covenant. The chapter concludes with God saying that there will be a candle in this building that burns forever and that it "shall be a statute for ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel."

Where is this tabernacle? Where is the Ark of the Covenant? How did a nomadic group of people wandering around in the desert have the resources to build all of this? The chapter concludes with an admonition that the temple rituals are to be observed forever, from generation to generation.

According to a report by the Christian Broadcasting Network, the Ark of the Covenant might be found as soon as the third temple will start to be rebuilt in Jerusalem.
